Vaporization
Use a few drops of recommended essential oils in vaporizers especially at the onset of influenza purifying the air in the atmosphere.
Lavender 2 drops, Eucalyptus 2 drops, Tea Tree 2 drops OR
Eucalyptus 2 drops, Lemon 2 drops, Thyme 2 drops
Cleaning
Add 10 drops of Tea Tree to a container of diluted bleaching water (1:99) for wiping floor and furniture reinforcing the bactericidal effect.
Laundry
Add few drops of Lavender to the laundry at the rinsing stage reinforcing the antiseptic effect.
Room spray
Dissolve 10 drops of recommended essential oils* in a small proportion of alcohol, then add to 50ml of distilled water in an amber glass bottle or aluminium container , shaking well.
*recommended oils includes: Eucalyptus, Lavender, Tea Tree, Thyme
